Well I contacted http://svhotwire.com again. Wanted to see if
boosting the dump load AMPs from 20 AMPs which the Blue Sky Duo controller will
supply to 40 AMPs would work with the 12v element dump load. There is an add on
to boost the 20 AMPS to 40 AMPs by Blue Sky the CBM4070
.

So there some more info not in the instructions that did not
exist J,
