Picked up a 2 x 2 (think it is 2 x 2) sheet of ¾ inch plywood from Lowes. We are going to use this to make covers fro the refer. There are four covers for the refer and we use the counter space the covers create for preparing meals. Now that we are doing the refer project we removed the covers and brought them home (garage) so we can add insulation to them and they were in the way. We did not want them to get damaged while doing the refer project. They get removed each time we work on it and piled in a corner. The problem is with the repower in full swing the refer project is going at a crawl. So to use the counter space we are making two covers, the two closest ones. The other back two are not used as counter space. One if for access to the refer from the cockpit by the lazerett. The other is fro larger freezer access.
So I marked up the ¾ inch plywood and started to cut it with the circular saw and the battery went dead. Of course the charge is on the boat. That is the draw back of battery operated tools. Next time.
