Jabsco Model 6600j-Series now 36600 Series Bilge Pump 8 gpm
After further tinkering the Jack Shaft Assembly and Large pulley Seem to be the problem. The large pulley will not spin. So the pump does not work. This whole assembly will need to be replaced. The pulley decided it would not come off. Also the Jack Shaft assembly (Jabsco name for this thing) will not rotate, it is frozen in place.

So now to find the replacement without a big price tag. If not then I will try the next Chula Vista Marine swap meet for an old pump etc.
We do have a working bilge pump so not a big deal. This one does need to get replaced or re-built as we should have a least two. We do not count the cockpit emergency hand pump bilge pump.
