All the knives that were in the knife wood block are now covered.

The last two sheaths did it. For cruising these should work great as we have all day to cook.
The means whipping out a knife is not a big deal. At home I think this would be a pain and we would use the wood block. While sailing or at anchor when reaching in the drawer these will help us keep our fingers. Also first aid is on us at anchor.
