Went to Fiberlay and talked to the guy (need to get his name) and he is very helpful. Like going to Downwind Marine or Marine Exchange , they have just lots of knowledge. So we will bring the propane box in to the store and they will show us how to, great deal! First we need to finish making all the radius with the epoxy. My Jeep out front.
Well he explained to me the best way to fiberglass the propane box. In fact if I had asked first there was a better way to build it, well possibly.
That is where we are getting all the fiberglass, epoxy and other materials for the refer and propane projects.
He said to use fiberglass tape for all the edges and corners etc. The tape does not fray and is easier to work with. He also explained about stapling it and so on. Then use fiberglass matting which you can then cut to fit the squares that are not yet fiber glassed.
