Water tank gauge

We were going to add water tank gauges but we have decided not to. It is the time, expense and labor for such a project. We do not think it is warranted.

 Our main concern was not dock side as filling up the tanks is not a problem. It is using the water maker.

 We do not want to leave open the engine  hatch while we make water say 1-2 ours every other day, It is an accident waiting to happen.  

We think with a quick look at the sight gauges we have we can determine how much water to make and close the hatch. So remote gauges would be nice but now however we are comfortable with what we have :).

We were going to use the:

Gobius tank measuring device (for water and fuel)

Gobius is the first and only level indicator in the world that can measure the contents in tanks made of any material, such as plastic, stainless steel, steel, aluminum and fibre glass, from the outside. Since it measures from the outside cleaning the tank or drilling holes is unnecessary.

We would need two, one set for each tank.
