We got a lot of insulation work done on the refer side. Chamfered all the edges and are ready to do some gluing. We also are ready to epoxy all the angles so they have radiuses for ease of glassing.
March 2011 - Chip & Debbie 💑 Currently in Marina Cortez ⛵ in San Diego, SoCalDebbie made a template for this last side piece, and we cut it out and I cut it too big, so we had to do a lot of re-cuts to get it to fit. With the workmate in the cockpit that was no problem.
Debbie put better chamfers on the ones we originally did with the red scratch pad and we re-installed them. She then added chamfers to the new pieces we cut.

We decided to make the teak areas wider for the seal to fit better. We have not picked out a seal for the lids of the refer yet.
We talked to Hinze, or dock mate and he said he used door and window seals from Home Depot
So we are still looking.
