Stirred fried veggies

Our cooking lesion this week was stirred fried vegetables with To Fu.
We chopped:
Onions
Garlic
Carrots
Cabbage
Garlic

Cabbage

Onions





We preheated the wok and added oil.
Then we added the garlic and stirred till brown. 



Then added the onions and did the same. Then we added the rice. We had to add some of water here and there to keep it moist.


Then we made a place in the middle and added the egg we had previously prepared. We stirred it up for a bit until it started to cook (scrambled) and the mixed the egg into the rice.
 We then added the peas and sprouts and cabbage.

Then we added perhaps too much Mushroom oil.




After much stirring we added the To Fu.
I did not think this dish had a lot of taste but Debbie like it and so that makes it a winner. I did enjoy it and enjoyed making it.


This will be a fun dish to cook on the grill with the wok.
We will be using something different on the boat other than an electric rice cooker for the rice.
