Sanding - template - teak holly - 2011

March 2011 - At Marina Cortez, San Diego, CA
Owen started work on the teak and holly sole. He has sanded down the deck to level it.
Just doing that was an improvement. It did not look so dark as the brown paint was mostly removed. He then started work on the template for the stateroom. He builds templates then uses them to cut the floor. Any way progress is being made!
