We picked up another Powerwinch anchor windlass as a spare.
It was being replaced by another FOGger and is just like our stern windlass which is a Powerwinch. It will be great for parts or just replacing ours if it goes out. It is of course not made any more and we have never found a manual for it. This one works and is power up and power down. Ours is just power up but thats all we would use not the power down. Now we do not need the power down but who cares. Not too heavy and will need to find a place on board eventually to store it. We could dismantle it for parts but it seems a waste as it works as is. So we will just plop it on board for an immediate replacement for or stern windlass if it should die on us.
