The second try at fiber glassing did not go as good. I rushed it a bit and did not put enough staples in it. Good thing it is the bottom. Did learn a bit more though. The corners L edges are tough to get the fiberglass to stay flat on the wood. The rounded edges are much easier.
Also did some fiber glassing on the inside and because the edges were rounded (did that with epoxy) it was much easier and came out better. This we will apply to the refer project.
If you look at the top edge you can see the white areas. That is where the fiberglass lifted as it went over the edge.
I should have waited longer for it to dry before doing the outer edges and used more staples.
We did around that block of wood and along the top - looking good
