Spaghetti with fake meat

This is the meal we made Debbie walking me through it this week.
We made half the amount. It was good and was plenty for the two of us.
We used the MorningStar Farms Recipe Crumble instead of ground beef.

Ingredients

1 box whole-wheat, whole-grain spaghetti
12 ounces MorningStar Farms® Meal Starters™ Grillers® Recipe Crumbles™
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons dried oregano
8 ounces grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
48 ounces chunky tomato sauce

Directions

Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain the spaghetti and let sit.

Cook crumbles in skillet according to package directions. Remove from heat and let sit.

Pour olive oil into separate skillet on medium heat and add chopped onion. Let cook until onions are soft and slightly golden. Add pepper and stir well. Add cooked crumbles to onion mixture.

Heat tomato sauce in pan over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Add oregano to sauce. Once sauce is warm, combine with spaghetti, crumbles, and onions and stir.

Serve spaghetti and top with Parmesan cheese.
I do not care for the Parmesan cheese but Debbie used it as she likes it.
