Deck Pipe

We just purchased a Stainless Steel Rope Deck Pipe on eBay for the anchor locker rope drum side of the windlass.

Rope Deck Pipe Stainless Steel. Overall flange size 6" Cutout size 3-5/8" and the hole opening is 3-1/4". This will accommodate up to 2-5/8" line. Item has a chain attached to the lid so you will not lose the lid.

The windlass wanted a 3 ¼ inch hole I think it was so this will be about the right size for easily getting 3/8 inch chain and 5/8 in rode down the hole.

Am not sure of the of what capacity we would use it in. I know 250’ of 5/8 rode and 50’ of 3/8 chain is a lot of stuff to try to flake in the area so it will be nice to have the option of it going below.

The anchor windlass (H3) gypsy will take 3/8 chain and 5/8 rode. So if something happens to our all 3/8 all chain rode we could use the rope\chain rode till we get another length of chain and anchor if need be.

Going to go just behind drum and the center will be at the out side edge of drum.
