Refer keel cooler lines to protected

We put a piece of plywood over the refer keel cooler lines to protect them from damage. There is a lot of activity now in the lazerett with the autopilot and stern windlass re-wiring and we do not want them to get crushed with an errant boot.

The two swim noodles protect the corner spot. 
Eventually the propane locker will cover the lines protecting them.
