Nav station wood cut outs complete for ICOM 802 SSB radio face - 2012

The ICOM 802 SSB speaker spot.
The cut outs for the ICOM 802 SSB and the SSB speaker were completed. They both came out nice, meaning that the radio and speaker fit in and the cut outs are not too big for what they are holding.

May 2012 - Currently At Marina Cortez Harbor IslandSan Diego, CA
These pieces of wood will go back to the nave station for installation.
The work garage so dark I needed to turn on my head lights to see.
Did the usual. I drilled a hole using a hole saw. The jig sawed (saber saw) out the rest.
All marked off and ready to drill then cut.
Cutting with head lights shinning!
Done.
Looks good!
Surprise, not much too it!
The ICOM 802 SSB instructions call this the "Remote" and you can see why.
