We have our own PO box because of this and ship to that if a
package is coming by the USPS. We were told by the site we ordered it from and the
rest of the SSB equipment that it would be shipped by UPS. I Guess I or they miss-understood. They could
have meant the SSB stuff was coming by UPS and did not think about the KISS-SSB
as it was ordered by them but shipped separately.
The KISS-SSB person was very nice and said that is the first
time that had happened, that they ship by mail to marinas all the time. Not
ours :)
They said their tracking showed it was delivered.??
Any way they said they would ship one out to our PO box no charge right away and deal with the
other when it ever returns. Now that is what I call great customer service!
