After Debbie put
three lawyers of fiberglass on this refer top it needed sanding. The first
layer was a heavier cloth.
Lesson learned:
We should have done
one layer at a time and then after it was dry fitted the top to see if it still fit.
The idea of the fiber glass is to protect the Dow Blue Board
from crumbling from use. It gets banged against the refer while putting the top
in or sometimes pulling it out. In time the insulation starts to crumble away.
SO I sanded it at my
work shop at work (the parking garage) and now we need to do some sand and fit
and then sand and fit at the boat.
