Shortened bow windlass battery cables

In San Diego California in Marina Cortez.
We need to make some space under the settee for the AC\Heat. There are anchor windlass wires there that needed shortening. So it is time to get this project done.
I have been trying to find the exact length of windless cables we bought. One post here says 27’ and another 35’. Guess when I call genuinedealz.com to order another cable I’ll get the length.

We cut 6 ft 2 inch off the red cable

We cut 6 ft 10 inch off the black cable

Got the wrong ends for the 2 awg cable. I think that new one you can see on the cable (just sitting on the cable) is a 2\0 awg end.
So now the cables will be the proper length for the amps going through. They were originally were but they were going directly to the batteries. Then we added the shunt, fuses, buses and that extended the length when connected to the buss by about 3 ft on the negative side and 2’ on the positive. That made them too long. Now with this cut they will be the proper length with enough shortness in the cable for them to age and drop some amperage and still work fine.
Also re-snaked the Dish Network cable and put the HMDI and Dish and sound cables together and out of the way.
