We just ordered a OXO Good Grips Square Silicone Drying Mat from Amazon for the extra pans and stuff that does not fit in the dish rack for larger meals or more cooking equipment. It would also serve well while sailing for small utensils etc.
The big (if you can call it big) disk rack can fall off the counter top in heaver seas.
Lets see how it works out, it replaces the towel for laying things on when we run out of room, they dryer is not available :)
It rolls up for easy storage.
