We got the ends off the dingy davits that are screwed on.
We soaked them for about two days with WD 40 and they came off with a minimal struggle 😃
We then took some measurements of the davit ends for cutting.
We kind of set them in place for mounting options. Of course Kato Marine wants them close as possible to the upper stern rail support. But we have issues with that because we need a place to mount the outboard motor.
