Refer insulation

This post got delayed but here it goes:

We cut some more insulation and added it to the freezer. We tried to foam under one part of the insulation  but could not find the tube that goes onto the foam can.

So we got the one inch insulation cut for the separator panel.

We got the top recessed area foam cut and put into place and we did the last piece for the port side recessed area. We will have the bottom come up to the first step in the fiberglass. Then we will cover the whole back with a piece of two inch foam.
Now they need to be glued in. There is one more recessed are by the stove that we will shave off some insulation for and put into place. Then it will get a one inch piece covering it.
The bottom will be about two inches higher than the refer side.

Shaving off pieces of foam to fit the 3/8 areas from the one inch foam is a messy process. It takes a lot of clean up after wards. Even just cutting the foam not shaving it makes a mess. We do this in the cockpit so it does not get into the water. It does end up getting into the cabin from all the in and out of the cabin for sizing the pieces. It took about an hour of clean up and we still do not get it all.
So it is best to do as much as we can when we are working on this project. This cutting and fitting of foam took a couple\few hours plus clean up.
This is the hardest part, building the box.
