We stopped by Downwind Marine and got some propane fittings and propane pipe tape for the Trident Propane Detector. So we may get lucky or it may take another trip or two to get the fittings right. We do not want to bring in the hose as it snakes to the stern from the stove.

We are thinking of moving the Trident Propane Detector as it shines a green light brightly. Why not use the light instead of trying to avoid it right?
So we are thinking of moving it to under the shelf in the nav station where it will light up that area which is always dark. We just have not checked it out from the salon. Do not want to look at it while relaxing on the salon seat. You can still get at it easily and hear the alarm from that spot.
