Auto pilot flux gate compass spot defined

 We decided on a spot for the flux gate compass for the autopilot. This needs to be mounted in the forward area of the boat and down and near the center line. It also says Garmin, cannot be more than 20’ from the NEMA network.

  

Possibly by the engine raw water strainer would work although further aft.

Also this are we may use for the forward 12000 BTU AC\Heat through hull, strainer and pump.

This spot may also server for the depth sensor. There is a through hull sensor (paddle wheel) here for the old speed sensor. We may or may not remove it.

 The old depth sensor was in the bulb with fluid. We hope to remove this and place the new depth sensor there.

We decided on the spot on the rib where the old shower sump was located.
