Soleus Air DP1-30-03 30 Pint Room Dehumidifier

 Looks a lot more modern than the we picture. The fan is not noisy, not quiet but not bothersome.

December 2011  - Currently At Marina Cortez Harbor Island, San Diego, CA

We placed the unit in the head for now. It is a bit larger than we thought. We set the humidity level to 40. It is recommended for the room humidity to be between 30-50. We left it on over night and we used the heater. We got up as usual for work only this time the boat was dry!

We set the temperature and let this run at night to keep the boat from getting too cold. The boat still will get chilly but not real cold.

Here is an example of how wet our salon widows were each morning. This is on the inside.

Debbie would wipe all the inside windows and port holes and hatches each moring.

Today when we woke up the window is dry with the Soleus dehumidifier running.

The hatches and port holes were dry also.

This Sky Screen shade is in the head but you get the idea

Even the hatch over the bed with the Oceanair Skyscreen  shade covering it the hatch was dry.
