Refer freezer lid glass cut a labeled - 2012

Debbie's labeling method.
Debbie de-frosted the refer. We still get some frost from the front freezer lid. We seem to have the back on sealed well now and do not get frost in that area. As we work on the lids we get them sealed better.
June 2012 - Currently at Marina Kona Kai Shelter Island San Diego, CA

The inside has a two-inch layer that covers the entire opening. Then there is another two inches that fits inside the evaporator plate. This makes four inches on a lot of the top. The cut out is for the evaporator plate tubing going to the compressor. Another custom design by Chip & Debbie 😀
Matching fiber glass is in the plastic baggy.
Debbie used this time to lay out the fiberglass for the back freezer lid. The other three are glassed now and a couple needs some miner glass on the corners.
Debbie has a labeling process for laying out all the pieces of fiber glass so that when she glasses she knows where each one goes. Each one is cut specifically for a certain spot on the Dow Blue Board insulation. This is not easy because making the glass too thick or with bubbles in it will cause the lid to not fit properly. This causes the refer to run more and the frost up.
