We removed our engine driven refrigeration! This was no easy feat. We had a lot of disconnecting and some copper hose running up back and around the refer and into the refer to the cold plates.
The compressor was old and heavy and came out hard.
It is all out now and cleaned up. The old refer spot now has a starting battery in it with room left over.
Also the PO installed a through hole for the compressor so that is nice.
The compressor was under the floor boards in front of the sink. On the 78-79 model years there is access to this area. It is over the stuffing box area.
