Fabricated shelf for refer

We got the shelf for the refer trimmed up so it may fit. It needs to get through the front lid and then be as wide or not quite as wide as the refer. We have a couple aluminum slides we will use for the shelf to slide on. One end needs to jut out a ¼ inch to track the slide. It is kind of hard to explain but you will see when it is done.
The Plexiglas cuts easy enough with a jig saw and a metal blade. I think it is (Debbie said) 32 teeth?
Debbie picked up some blades at HD.
The Plexiglas melts as you cut it sealing up the cut so it is a pain to get it cut. The long stretches we used a jig saw and for the shorter cuts a hack saw with the blade reversed so it cuts back. It cuts cleaner than the jig saw.
The shelf needs some sanding up but first lets see if it even fits.
We cut a corner off for wiring to pass through.
