Installed piece behind toilet and new toilet seat

 The piece that goes on under the door behind the toilet seat was finally put back in place. It has been a long time but we were finally ready to install it. The question was how. It needs space behind it so it will match up with the door. It therefore could not be screwed right on. Also where any screws would go there is not much wood. We opted to put two screws into the door frame, protruding a bit so we could then wedge the piece into place. 

Now as it is being held there we used blue tape to make some final adjustments like the angle it faces etc. Then Debbie took some glue we used on the refer and kind of spot glued it in place. Next we will add more glue and it will be done.

 Also we installed a new toilet seat. This is a house hold type that we got at Lowes and is the slow close automatic type and plastic. We decided against another wood one as it was heavy and the paint was rubbing off on the teak louvered door behind the toilet. The plastic type solves this problem.
