Sail washing. It is later than usual this year. Normally we have these stored away by now but Eddie was on a boat delivery and then there was a rain delay.
But now we are getting them washed, dried and bagged. Sails, and stack pack. Debbie will put sacrificial lines on the halyards and moth balls at the top of the mast (bee deterrent).
I will wash the jib sheets, reef lines, lazy jacks ect. We store away our battens (full batten main and PVC stack pack pipes etc. All fresh for cruising season!
