You can see the Port Capitania office building from our boat. How easy can it get!
We went to the Port Capitania office and checked in the other day. Quite a big office but this is a big city compared to other places we have been checking in. We check in in each place we anchor. We do this because we want to respect the rules here in Mexico. Also if we have been and when. So we have a problem at sea this would help us.
