We are about to re-install the shower sump pump. It failed while cruising the Mexican Rivera and it was a new pump. We got a replacement on warranty but I am thinking it may be some other factors.
There are two elbows it the hosing, we will eliminate them.
This is an elbow at the 3\4 inch through hole valve we will eliminate. This is the old macerator through hole and valve setup.
The pump is in the bilge forward of the sensor. We will move the pump to the aft where the hoses will be shorter and the pump will be out-of-the-way of storage bilge items.Of course this requires re-plumbing and re-wiring the whole thing.
