Coat number seven is now on the back of the door. I guess if you are in the state room looking at the door when it is closed it is the front of the door but no matter for identification on the varnishing it is the back of the door :)
So now we are going to just do the trim and leave the inside panels. We will get three more coats of gloss on the trim, and that will make ten. Then we will tape off the trim and put three coats of satin on the panels and that will make ten on them. Then turn the door over and the other side has ten all over. It will need another finish coat (possibly in the house to get it dirt free) and then tape it off and put three coats of satin on the panels.
Got to get this done by May 1st!
