This switch is a bit hard to get to. We installed it before we headed to Mexico and now realize we need to use it more than we thought. We are moving it to where we have three more and access is much belter. Purchased the wire and terminal ends at Zaragoza Chandlery October 2020 - We are currently in Paradise Village Marina in Banderas
Bay Mexico (by Puerto Vallarta)
We were going to have Zaragoza Chandlery put the terminal ends and heat shrink on but remembered their tool is broken after they told us. It has been broken now for some years. So we will do it ourselves.
Where it will be moved to.
Debbie used our hydraulic crimpers (CENTRAL HYDRAULICS
Hydraulic Wire Crimping Tool) to put the ends on.
I stripped the wires for the terminal ends.
Debbie did the first part...
then I did the final squeeze.
This one is done. There are two different size ends, one for the switch and one for the fuse.
We had to add about 15" to one cable. So rather than buying a whole new cable and having to snake it to the house battery area, we opted to extend the existing cable. It will cause a little resistance but it will be negligible.
One end Debbie did outside the cabinet then the other end we did together inside the cabinet.
Then Debbie applied the heat shrink. It is good, heavy heat shrink but we also will add some wraps of electrical tape.
This is looking through our windshield and over the car's hood next to us.
We needed to stop by the fastener shop for a few long screws to install the switch. On the way past an overpass there was a band playing underneath. Most busy intersections here have some entertainment (for peso coins) going on. The band was the same with the woman going car to car with a can. Good fun.

All done and working great!
Editor's Note: This looks really Pro...way to go Chip!!
