We just put the third coat on and it is still looking flat which is what we wanted. That leaves me to believe that I did not stir the varnish good enough the first time we used it on another section of bulkhead. Once we do another section in a different place it will tell us if this is so. We are hoping it is. I have been known to make a mistake once in a blue moon😉
