First off Debbie had to tape off the satin areas so I could varnish the gloss areas.

This area has had two coats of stain so this coat of gloss will be the third coat.
We are shooting for at least five coats of gloss.
The upholstery person called and wanted to come by for a fitting. No way as I just finished varnishing. We do not work on Sunday so it looks like it will be Monday for the upholstery person.
Looking better. The wood seems a bit different color
but it is all 40 years old so it is what it is.
Prepped again for another coat of gloss.
