New batteries and caps for the house bank? - 2012

We originally wanted to go with AGM batteries and probably Lifeline but the sizes are just not going to work. We looked at other brands but can not come up with a size to fit our space no matter how we place them in it.

We have a 13" height requirement and this complicates things. Also we would like over 500 amp hours of batteries. If we go with the wet cells then we will defiantly need a way to stop the gassing or dramatically reduce it. These caps could be the answer or some product like them.

August 2012 - Marina Kona Kai Shelter Island San Diego, CA

Note:
We ended up purchasing 4 6 volt MASTERVOLT house batteries. 260 amp hours each. So 520 ah total We have had them now for over seven years and still going strong, 2019.

The closest we can come is with the wet sells, possibly Trojan wet cell batteries.

6v - T-125 Plus 260 amp hours L - 10-3/8 W - 7-1/8 H - 11-5/8 = 520 amp hour bank
6v - T-145 260 amp hours L - 10-3/8 W - 7-1/8 H - 10-11-1/2 = 520 amp hour bank
