Freeports in Paradise! - 2019

We had a fun visit with Bob and Kathy who own s/v Salient, a 1978 B plan in Michigan...they are here in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico on vacation.  Ironically, there are two other Islander Freeports here at Paradise Village Marina in Nuevo Vallarta so we walked the docks for them to see the boats and meet the owners.

s/v Salient is stored in a 65 degree space in the winter😊
Here we are on s/v Apogee, a 1978 B-plan

And here is our boat, s/v Elegant'sea - stern steps down because we are kayaking and this is how we get off and on, from boat to kayak then from kayak to boat when we are finished!
Love that F-36 logo!!

Let's call this an "oopsie" picture - Debbie in front

Me, Debbie took an over head shot!

It was really fun having Bob and Kathy here, along with talking with Neil and John...sharing stories and comparing notes on who-keeps-what-where along with who-has-what-gadgets!!
