We were walking back from the Juarez Market here in Mazatlán to catch the bus and the cars with the PA systems were around as usual. I could not help but to think of the "Eastbound & Down (TV Series 2009–2013)" show and how his buddy would drive around Tijuana Mexico promoting his friend. I would sit there in the US going no way they still do that! Wrong!
