Outboard motor bracket fabricated on stern - 2012

The talk, design.
We went to Benchmark Custom Welding in San Diego before leaving on the Baja Ha-Ha and had our dingy mount bracket welded onto the boat. Matthew welded it up and did a fine job.
November 2012 - Currently at Marina Kona Kai  Shelter Island San Diego, CA

At the time we had him weld a plate onto the anchor roller for a smother transition for the anchor chain.
We had to remove one of two propane tanks seen and ended up giving it to Ralph before leaving.
Designing.
Making the template.
Gotta do some jaw bones about it!
This will go on after it is varnished.

All done! Honda 9.9 hp outboard mounted. Works well with the motor lift. Only problem is the bar typ of lock will not fit. We will cut the corner off the one bar lock we have to make it fit in this space.
