Fuse is under shelf for protection.
We did some work on the Mermaid Marine 5200 btu HVAC unit. It is out for service, so we installed a 30-amp fuse which Mermaid recommends. September 2012 - Chip & Debbie 💑 Currently in Marina Cortez ⛵ in San Diego, SoCal Mermaid is now installing the fuse inside the electrical unit. We added one to the 110 power wire. It is actually better because it is easier to get to.
The plastic plumbers tape Debbie got is really handy. In fact, we just use it for the ducking instead of wire ties.
Then we re-ducked the 4” ducking to the forward hanging locker to make it longer. The previous ducking was too short to reach the forward hanging locker.
We also wanted to flip the "T" valve around, so the water went out the bottom. This valve is for removing any air lock if that happens. The way I installed it the hose was on top and the water would stay in it.
