Anchored in La Cru - Banderas Bay Slash and Dash - 2013

Middle of December- 2013 - La Cruz anchorage in Banderas Bay Mexico

The bay is calm and a couple knots of wind. The water temp is about 80 deg and air is 81.3 with barometer at 29.84. It is 10:00 AM on Saturday 12/15/1023.
We found out that our pictures we are taking with our digital camera are way too large. This means It takes way too long to upload them and for you it means it takes way too long to view the page. We think we have fixed the problem and will check it (the photos) from time to time to make sure. We reduced the latest ones by 85%! now they are web page ready.
We are now at anchor and will be at one place or another for quite a while, which means high speed internet is not available. Only if we get to a internet cafĂ© or the like. Which is launching the dinghy and bringing the computer in a dry bag to shore and bussing (car if we have it) or the like to a to a WiFi place and hanging there for hours while we upload and post etc. Then do the return trip. So we try to incorporate it with like food provisioning etc. That we do not do but once every ten days or so. Of course we make shorter trips to the Abarote (groceries) store but there is usually no WiFI around.
So what we are sayig is we will be posting less pictures and more text as we can post text from the boat, at least for a while.
We will not go back and try to reduce other size of the photos that were posted as large ones as it takes too much time and we are hoping there are not that many.
Today we are sailing The Banderas Bay Blast  on s\v Pied-a-Mer III  a Seawind Cat and are being picked up by Ken and Nancy on S\V Gitane at the anchorage. Ken is going to the Sunday market to provision and Nancy is coming with us, sailing. s\v Gitane will be rounding Cabo Corrientes and heading south this evening.
We did the The Banderas Bay Splash this last Friday and will post some good pics of it when we get to high speed WiFi.
