We have been looking off and on for some down courtesy lights for the cockpit. These seem to fit the bill. With a on\off push button switch at the swim latter they would light up the way into the boat at knight. We really do not need them in San Diego as it never gets that dark in the city but south of the boarder they will come in handy.
