Having the forward gunels painted started this expanding project. Actually it was repairing a scupper that I had done but was looking a bit ugly. I asked Chava if he could fix it up and paint the area. We'll he did and it looked so good we decided to have the two forward gunels painted.

That expanded to some anchor locker chain marks and now to the forward deck non-skid. It is looking great. We will no doubt continue on this path for a while.
We have also asked him to re-paint the Cove line on the hull and the IF 36' at the stern end of it and the bow squiggly. We chose a darker gold. It will help match up our upcoming bottom job with red paint and our Boot Top is tan by the cap rail.
Some fresh paint sure brings the boat back to life!
