Added two bronze valves for the Beta engine coolant to the water heater - 2018

This has been a long time coming but finally we added a couple bronze valves to the Beta cooling system antifreeze that runs up through the water heater and the accumulator tank and back to the heat exchanger.
This allows us to shut that down if the water heater springs a leak or any area in between starts to lak or has a problem. Also this makes it easier to lek test the stack tube when doing maintenance with a tester like our Stant 12270 30 Pound Cooling System And Pressure Cap Tester.

We did this in June 2018- Currently in Paradise Village Marina in Banderas Bay Mexico
We are now in July 2018- Currently in Ajijic which is a town by Lake Chapala Mexico house sitting.

First thing was to instal the 5\8 hose barbs onto the 3\4 inch valves we purchased at Marine Exchange in San DIego.
Cranking them down. Used some teflon tape on the hose barbs.
This is the right side of the Beta Marine engine and starboard side of s\v Elegant'sea.
This is where the antifreeze comes out of the Beta Marine 38 hp engine and runs up to the water heater then to the accumulator tank and then back to the Beta engine. It is in the closed position now.
 Closed valve.
Open valve.
Then off to the port side. Only I forgot to take any pictures of the port side install. But you get the idea😒
