This is the look of our finished boat cover for our Islander Freeport 36'sail boat. We can put it up with our without the main sail and stack pack still on the boom. Some people have the cover also cover the sail but we remove our sail for hurricane season. July 2021 - We are currently in Paradise Village Marina in Banderas Bay Mexico (by Puerto Vallarta)
We have one removable "window" part on the stern and twist fasteners instead of zippers etc. It keeps the sun off the boat easing the amount of AC (electricity) needed to cool the boat and keeps the heavy rain off the boat. It does what we want and is light and easy to store away. The stern part is not a piece of art but is functional and it is only a boat cover.
