Outboard on dinghy and on davits while sailing - 2021

We have been sailing around four different anchorages and decided to leave the Honda 9.9 outboard on the dinghy to make it easier on ourselves. Otherwise we need to remove it each time we change anchorages and re-install it again when we get to the next anchorage. None are more than a few hours apart. So far so good. No problems with the weight etc.
February 2021 anchored in Tenacatita.

We have sailed with the Achilles LSI-310E and the Honda 9.9 hp outboard mounted on the dingy and up on the Kato Marine Island Davits and have had no problems heeling, even in some sloppy seas. But for overnighters and usually a long day sail, we have taken the motor off the dinghy and mounted it on the boat and that we will continue to do.
Without the motor on the dinghy we do not use the for and aft straps on the dinghy or the crisscross straps on the davits. They are just for sailing or motor sailing with the outboard attached to the dinghy and I am not sure they are really needed but if the seas get a bit rough they keep the dinghy from moving around with the motor on it. Without the motor a couple short straps from the dinghy to the davits, or even one short strap from the bow area to the davit keeps the dinghy secure. The Dinghy rests against the davits when it is raised.
