Finally opened up the AC\Heat Mermaid unites. The one in the picture is the smaller 5000 btu one.
Played with it a little and moved the fan rotor over
The thermostatic kit
This one we would like to put on the starboard side under the settee. It is going to take care of the stateroom forward.
I need to get them out of my office soon. The storage shed is kind of full. We took a bunch of things to the Chula Vista Marine swap meet that we have determined we would and do not need. Each time we are sellers I think we are not going to make enough to pay the $15.00 space fee. Each year we sell I am proven wrong. This year we sold enough to make $150.00 over the $15.00 fee. Plus I only bought $16.00 worth of stuff! So we made out and made some room in the storage locker. Anything that did not sell we gave away. We leave with nothing but what we buy and cash. So I am getting good at not buying. Plus I did not find any of the items I would have liked to have bought there. For instance we would like another Fortress anchor for the bow as another bow anchor option, not there etc.
So putting the 5,000 btu unite on the boat presents a problem because it is slightly listing to the starboard already. Add this and it will go over some more. We are not ready and it will take some work to move the hot water heater more to port and move the water pump etc so we can get the 12,000 btu one in place there. That would counter off the weight of the 5,000 one.
Still the priority project is the refer.
Hmmmm.. will need to think of something.
