Put some JB Weld on a piece of cardboard and used a plastic fork to mix it up. The broke off a fork prong and stuffed the JB Weld into the screw hole and on the screw. This is working out of the back of my Jeep.

Screwed the screw in and clamped it down.
Done with that.
Next threw a coat of paint on the motor after removing most of the rust.
