We are finding living aboard life quite nice! The people at the docks are very nice and friendly. There is going to be a pot luck cook out on our dock on Wednesday evening and of course we will attend. I guess we are all like-minded people with our boats and it is usually not so with your track home neighbors. Then again I have never owned a track home so I do not really know. It sure is a nice atmosphere to get up and go to work from.
Speaking of homes we did get a tax break from the City of San Diego for owning our home (boat s\v Elegant'sea). Next year it should even be larger as we will have lived on the boat longer.
