SSB ICOM AT-140 automatic antenna tuner mount made - 2012

July 2012 - Currently at Marina Kona Kai Shelter Island San Diego, CA
This will be mounted with 3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 on the hull in the starboard lazarette up high.
The template is two pieces of teak that the ICOM automatic antenna tuner (IAT) will be screwed to. The plywood part keeps the teak spaced correctly with the pre-drilled mounting holes in correct alignment.
We then marked off the spot on the hull where this would be mounted.
Debbie then climbed into the lazarette and sanded the area and then sanded a bunch of places for wire ties holders along the top of the hull. These will hold all the solar panel cables and other wires coming into the boat. Then she did the same in the starboard stern lazarette.
Wire tie holders tapped and ready to get 3M Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 on.

The duct tape did not hold too good, so we wedged it in with plywood.
Rear lazarette wire tie holders.
